One Habit for 2022

One habit to establish in 2️⃣🅾️2️⃣2️⃣ is to read a book daily for a minimum of 20 minutes. Yes, I read 📃articles and 👩‍💻blogs all the time, but I am not consistent with reading a selected book📖.


🗓I've decided to try "The X Effect" officially beginning with 2022. The X Effect is a way of visually and physically tracking one habit at a time until it becomes ingrained in your daily life.


I'm working now to build this new habit by "habit stacking." Habit stacking is the process of grouping together small activities into a routine that you link to a habit already set in your day. Example: I ✅reconcile my accounts🧾 every day when drinking my morning🌅 beverage (☕coffee, MUD\WTR, or the occasional tea🍵).
